Common questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once per event — there is no recurring fee. Free covers gatherings of up to 10 guests, while Pro and Premium unlock a gallery that lasts and more guests for a single one-time charge per event. Keeping a gallery alive past its month is the one thing that recurs, and it is opt-in.
What happens after the one-month gallery window?
It locks first, and is deleted later. For two months nobody can open it, but nothing is lost — keep it alive for a monthly fee and it comes back exactly as it was. After those two months the photos and videos are deleted permanently, and the event page stays without them. On Free the window is one day: everything guests add is deleted 24 hours after the event starts, and the event page stays without it. The free plan is for trying Momeza out, not for keeping a night — upgrading before that day is up keeps everything.
Why is the price different in the app?
Because a different shop sold it to you. On this website Polar takes the payment in euros; in the Momeza apps for iOS and Android — coming soon — the purchase goes through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and they set the price for each country from their own tier tables and add local tax themselves. The figure you see at the moment of purchase is always the one you will be charged. The plan itself — the guest cap, the gallery window, everything on this page — is identical whichever way you buy it.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Premium?
Yes. You can move from Pro to Premium at any time and only pay the difference — every guest, photo and memory you have already collected carries over.
Do guests need an account?
Yes, a free one. Anyone can look at a public event page, but adding a photo, answering an RSVP or leaving a note means signing in — an email and a password, nothing to install. It costs a guest nothing, and it is what lets them find what they added later and take it with them.
